It was one of the best memories of my life.
I had been to Asakusa and Ginza, famous tourist attractions in Tokyo, once, but this was my first visit to Kinshicho. I was surprised to see the Tokyo Sky Tree so close by! The unadorned, typically Japanese streetscape is also vibrant and exciting! The kimono we rented was a gorgeous, traditional kimono used in Japanese weddings.We were both impressed by the kimonos!

It was a truly enjoyable event!
I tried on a kimono for the first time. I had seen photos of my grandmother in kimono when she was young and dreamt of wearing one myself in the future. It was a lot of fun from start to finish.
